Who is JCFA?
The Jackson County Freedom Alliance was formed to:
- Effect change by communicating with elected officials by email, letters, phone calls, and by attending city, county commission, school board, and other meetings where the public is represented.
- Support freedom-loving businesses.
- Get to know and support fellow patriots and keep each other informed on common issues.
- Educate ourselves about America’s founding by studying the writings of our founders by reading and learning about the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, The Federalist Papers, and Bill of Rights.
- To not complain, but develop a plan and take action.
Be Kind
We aren’t looking for trouble makers. Don’t be rude, don’t threaten people, and don’t say things you would not say in person at a meeting. We reserve the right to remove anybody for any reason. Don’t give us reasons.
Don’t Hack
The fella who kindly provides this website as a courtesy for JCFA use is a data security professional, has been paid to be a (white hat) hacker for more than two decades, and has seen it all. We’ll try our best to keep you safe, even if it is keeping you safe from yourself.
Review Your Profile Settings
You get to decide who can see your details and also what you post. Be sure to set up your profile in the way you feel comfortable, and set the privacy level when you post things. It’s not too tricky. Just look before you click. I’ve tried to keep it easy.
Change is Inevitable
These terms are only half baked, but the oven is still hot. We reserve the right to change the terms for any reason and at any time. If you keep coming back, that’s your agreement to the amended terms. If we decide we need to add a rule that you can’t use the word “pumpernickel”, that’s our right, and we probably have a reason. On the bright side, we have no future intentions of banning the word “Calliope”. However, “pumpernickel” is still a bit suspect.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data

For registered users of our website, we store the personal information provided in the user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
